Type in a PA zip code and look at the prices. $499.97 for a six year heater installed?

For each household there is a probability that 1 in 15 will need a heater any given year. For a 50000 home area, a hopeful 5% market share gives 166 heaters the 1st year at $300 minus expenses and overhead...$50000 less overhead and expenses and franchise fee???????????????????????how much is left?????? In a 50000 home area how much share can you expect with a new name??? I dont see it.

Don't know any PA zips. Does that price include the wh or just the install? What about expansion tank, etc.?

About 5 years ago, they where hiring me to install water heaters for them in the Chicago area. They where paying me $1200 for a 40 Gal and $1400 for a 50 and up from there. Then after about 10 jobs they hit me with the sales pitch.

There is another franchise doing the same thing....water heaters only, but I can't recall the name right now.
Franchises suck anyway. Let 'em do their $599 water heaters. I'll keep doing mine for $1200.

I entered my zip for pricing first but they are not in my area. I just googled "Pittsburgh Pa Zip Code" and found one.

$499 was a standard install 40 gallon ng. They must be slamming people for extras or not using licensed plumbers.

Their website looks like they are more interested in selling franchises than water heaters.

Talking the went under here once already

I run into their old stickers all the time here...
they went under back in the 90s, it might have
gotten re-sold to the next sap again....

i would love to install heaters all day long for 1200, but the market wont bear it here...
