Just wondering who you use for your printed invoices?
I just picked mine up $84.00 For 100 two part forms nothing special normal 8 1/2 x 11 sheets no color, no logo nothing. Paid $39.00 before less than 6 months ago.Kind of feel like they took me to the cleaners. .84 cents a sheet. Said price increase is because of paper price increases and ink come on thats an extra .45 cents per sheet. If I'm going to pay a lot better be some nice color looking forms. They said if I wanted color it would be an extra $45.00 ![]() Who do you guy's use? Maybe I can find it cheaper if not better looking more bang for the buck. Web address of online print companies??? Thanks in advance ![]()

We use NEBS 3 part forms from Office Depot and print our own. I think they are $9.00 per 100.

Got mine from a local print shop. Try to help local business but man what a price increase. Do 2 part carbonless slips print off a regular computer printer? That would be great then I can design how ever I want.

Mine were regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper. They went up over 100% in 6 months that was just crazy. I don't mind paying if the quilty was good.

I make my own. I do short runs of about 50 at a time. I use NCR paper. It's easy to make changes when you do your own. Top sheet's white and bottom sheet's yellow. And I recently bought a Kodak printer to save money on ink. So far it's working. The last printer I bought to save money on ink was a Lexmark and one week I spent $80 and decided it was time to switch. The cartridges are cheaper than HP but they don't hold much. I have so far run through one set of Kodak cartridges and they only cost $25 a pair. Got a lot of pages. Printer was $90 but that's pin money compared to what I usually spend on ink.
I make lots of my own forms, from service contracts to invoices to temp work order sheets for flat rate. I designed my flat rate sheets so that I put the price of each task as I add it, then a subtotal on the same line. Then, if the customer needs something else doen before I finish I can add more prices to the list. But I don't use those very often because I usually can get by with a regular invoice. When I converted to flat rate, it was a simple task to convert the invoice. I changed the line that said "invoice" to "flat rate invoice" and the "extra parts" column to "added values" and I split the main part of the window into a couple of lines for "primary task," and the rest for "secondary task." Overall, it looks a lot like a NEBS invoice, though I made it from scratch in Printshop Pro Publisher, which I don't even know if they make anymore. |

Master - That sounds like a great price, where do you get them?
Unclog - Yes, they have printed fine in two of my HP Laserjets. They didn't work in a third machine. When the one I was using bit the dust, I asked the guys at Office Depot which one they recommended for printing the forms. The ink in the Laserjets last forever!

The more you buy, the cheaper they are. We buy 500 at a crack.
