Yes perma-liner is epoxy based which makes it the best (resin-wise) material in my opinion, because it will not "wash out" if you have a belly in the line and will cure (with heat) under water! Also Perma-liner isn't good for anything over 120 degrees, it will re-activate the resin! But for Residential Sewers I don't think there is a better system! I thought it was a load of crap too and with some companies it is, but installed properly I don't have a problem looking someone in the eye and saying it is guaranteed for 50 years!!
