We are a small but quickly growing pump and well business with a written business and marketing plan that is already proving successful in trying times.

We are currently looking for a qualified pump, filter, & water treatment technician / sales professional. Person should be self motivated, clean cut, professional, educated, & enjoy the water well industry & helping customers solve water related problems.

Qualified applicants should be computer literate, able to do basic math related to invoicing, and the work performed, and have excellent communication skills. Long term goals should include entry into management position as company grows.

Washington State requires extensive licensing, so if you'd be moving from out of state, ideally you'd have evidence of licensing that can be transferred. Good candidates have National Ground Water Certification and/or National Water Quality Association Certification.

Experience with wells 20 to 1000 feet deep, 5 to 2500+ GPM would be ideal. Submersible, jet, centrifugal, and line shaft turbine experience is also ideal. Single phase 230V is most common, but occasionally work is completed on sites with three phase and higher voltage ratings. 99% of our work is residential in nature, but we're actively looking to change that.
