Here are a few rules for the Plumbers Swap area.

Plumbers only

No Retailers or Wholesalers.

Used Tools, Equipment and Extra Supplies Only

The idea of this section is for Plumbers who have tools and equipment they no longer need to sell them. If in a rare case you have a new tool that you purchase and don't want that's fine but this should be very rare. This should be a place to sell used tools.

Buy and Sell At Your Own Risk

No excess parts? Tools only? Just wanted to make sure.

I just edited the rules some. I'm trying to avoid two things with these rules. I don't want retailers to take advantage of this... and I don't want some guy who steals tools for a living to make this his new home. We had something like this happen on another site.

So, frankly your fine to sell anything plumbing related on this site. But if you show up every other day with a new tool that your trying to sell we may throw a red flag. Make sense?

In other words your fine to sell that stuff.

Thanks. And it could easily be a guy selling parts off his boss's truck. I think we will do a fairly good job keeping an eye out for that. Too many owners on here to let that slide very far.

Can you post whatever wanted?

I'm just curious, I have some stuff left from when I dissolved my business that I will probably never use, but I wouldn't sell it unless someone I was familiar with needed it.
