Fedex blew it today bigtime. It was starting to get late and no fedex man yet with my 3 roman tub faucets. I punch in the tracking number and it says it was delivered at the front door at 11:30am. Bullshiot...i was home all day. Its pouring down rain so I know sombody didn;t walk up here in the pouring rain and take it. Plus they ring the doorbell....I didn't hear a doorbell. I call fedex and tell them the story. they come back with "Sir you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim" I protested..."But I have been sitting within eyesight of the front door all day and I haven't heard a doorbell either" She puts me on hold. She comes back and says the driver left it at the front door and he remembers doin it. I say.."well i dont doubt he left it at sombodys door but he didn't leave it at my door because you guys have done that before and the neighbor brought it up to me" she puts me back on hold. I'm getting pissed now....I throw on a rainsuit and walk to each neighbors house and found it on his porch getting fawkin soaked......The outside box was damaged but not the inside Delta box's. She comes back on the phone and I tell her I found it on the neighbors porch...besure to tell the driver he had the wrong house. *****es

Like I told the lady on the phone......Hey I'm just happy to get it even if I had to get soaked and walk to the neighbors....its easier than dealing with trying to get somthing done about it over the phone.

Speaking of not delivered correctly.
I bought a 2005 chevy truck and DHL was supposed to deliver the title. Well, they didn't. I called DHL and they said it was delivered, but I didn't get it. So I was sent a new title. Also the copy of the delivery ticked had a SIGNATURE, so that was confusing.

Two months later, A guy walks into the office with a DHL package. DHL went to the wrong address and shoved it under the door at a vacant building.

My regular UPS man told me that DHL was the initials for

Day an a Half Late.

Okay, back to the regularly scheduled program.

TM your pad must look like a Delta warehouse. Hey, if faucets keep moving in the direction there going, in ten years you may be the only guy around that has any good mid range faucets.

I will continue to buy aslong as the deal is right. Its really a no brainer IMO. I atleast double my money everytime I sell one. How long would you need to keep 40.00 in the bank for it to double? I cant stress enough how nice it is to have faucets on hand to show and sell to a customer....keeps me from running the roads and from the customer going to buy a POS for me to install.
Heres a hot tip for you moen lovers..... A guy has 3 for sale on ebay prices at 29.99 each for 2 valve moen tub/shower complete faucets.
