Had fun on this one today call came in for a backed up sewer but other half of the house was draining fine. Inside branch clog or so I thought
![]() Sorry my camera on phone Sucks. ![]() Frozen sewer on left side out going sewer. Sanitary Tee on it's back was not even glued to out going schedule 30 pipe left side. Kitchen sink was piped "S" Trap and drained into the basement bathroom sewer ejector pit and not vented. HO did notice a lot of gurgling in kitchen sink when pump kicked in All this was on left side of the house and Was piped to out going right side sewer. Main floor bathroom on right side of home was run to the left side out going sewer except toilet . Also home only had a 1 1/2 for a vent ![]() This place was a freaking plumbing nightmare HO does not want to repipe to code just clear line and repair sanitary tee clean and glue. I have never seen two out going sewers set up like this septic tank was only 20-25 feet out Left side must Wye into right side sewer to tank HO did not want to camera. This home was built 4 years ago how did this pass plumbing inspection ![]()
