Default Slow February

This month is starting way to slow. Very slow in the freeze ups and burst pipes this year. January was OK did 7 more jobs than last January 09 but jobs were smaller. Two calls last week have a Camera inspection set up for today.
Guess I should go break my van phone rings way more when it's in the shop.

I had a total repipe on a 70 year old house that booked at 8:00 am and cancelled at 8:07 am.

January was better than expected for us. February has been AWFUL so far! These snow and ice storms in WNC have all but shut down the local economy. I am hoping the roads get better and we see a slew of pent-up calls. Today the phones have been fairly dead.

Okay, The call was nixed and now it's back on the schedule.

They had to be sure they had all the money together. Which I appreciate it being figured out BEFORE they tell me to get started.

It's nice to have sensible customers.

Well, Camera job did not go well. No access buried house trap in concrete basement floor. Home owner does not have the money open floor to access sewer.

At first, the snow was kind of nice, reminded me of my childhood in Vermont. Now, as it keeps coming, and the remnants linger on the poorly maintained roads, it is no longer so appealing. You guys up north can have it back!
