Default Holiday Celebrations.

I am taking my guys out for supper and drinks tonight for the holidays.
1 man doesn't drink and is on call for the weekend. I am also giving them $100 grocery gift cards to help pay for their family holiday meals. It's been a growing year for me and thats about the most I can do this year.

We will be closing the shop at noon Christmas Eve. Open the folowing Monday. Close at noon New Years Eve and open the following Friday.

I will be the one on call during those days to allow my guys to be home with family.

What, if anything, is your company doing?

We are talking about COMPANY parties

Unless you are going to eat with employees on Christmas eve, that would be one hell of a good boss, and kinda weird too

My boss just had his party at the country club he belongs to. We have around around 25 guys, all fitters except for me. We did around 8.5 million in sales this year. There were probably 50 people there, I bet the party cost 5k. Good time.
