Default Help with Water Heater

Hi, we just got a SuperStor SSU-60 water heater in our basement. the problem is, the water in the house doesn't get hot at all. it's warm at best. can someone please explain how to increase the water temperature? we've looked all over the web and in the manual but it doesnt help. thanks!

Get some firewood and place it around the base of the tank. Then pour some lighter fluid on the wood and ignite it and you should have hot water shortly.

Didn't you have a professional, licensed installer? They should be able to take care of this. If not, then it may be installed incorrectly.
