You are in business now. Make sure what he's offering is going to cover your new overhead. This is not a all gravy business.

Work business to business, he draws from his work, you draw from yours. If you both have a contractors lic., liability ins. ect., you will both be doing your own thing, making your own money. Works this way for me!

glad your working ,be careful ,dot your i"s and cross tee's and even if your working with your brother, watch your back! ----------------I once did some sub work for a fellow in ca-hoots with the mayor of birmingham, they were buying old houses to be condemed cheap and fixing them up to be sold or rented. To make long story short they owed me a couple of grand and I was fuming, back in those days that was alot to me,after a couple of months, I finally got my money .A few weeks later I read in newspaper about a shooting in a ELKS or VFW hall not sure which, anyway a bailbondsman came in with a sawed off shotgun and accidently shot(killed) the guy I had been subing for (not the mayor) right in front of all kind of folks in plane sight,They called it an accident, said the gun misfired,I later got a call from the mayors new partner, and POLITELY said thanks, but no thanks , I was only doing drains now and working alone .The truth was I was scared to mess with that bunch anymore!!!
