Default City of Glenview BackFlow Reports

For those of you doing backflow testing in Illinois Glenview just contracted BSI to handle the database. Thank the plumbing gods they did not opt for BSI Online. The only change is instead of sending the reports to Glenview, you just need to fax them to BSI. Here is the e-mail I got.

RE: Glenview Backflow Program

Dear Tester,
The Village of Glenview has recently contracted with Backflow Solutions, Inc (BSI) to administer the Village’s cross-connection control / backflow tracking program.

BSI is administering a traditional backflow program in Glenview. All backflow test reports previously being sent to the Village should now be sent to BSI by one of the following methods:

Fax: 888-414-4990
Email: Stancampiano@backflow.comMail: PO Box 246, Worth, IL 60482

Please note that the Village of Glenview supplies water to both Glenview and neighboring North Maine Utilities. All backflow reports for these areas should be sent to BSI. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact BSI at 800-414-4990. Thank you for your assistance and for your help in protecting the Village of Glenview’s water supply.

Sincerely,

Brad Stancampiano, Executive Vice President
Backflow Solutions, Inc (BSI)

Sewer Ratz, I remember you posted a while back about now having to pay like $14 or so per report that you fax in. That stinks. Is this that same issue? Gonna have to add it to backflow re-certification fee.
