Does the sever on here seem to have slowed up, anyone else notice a delay of page loading happening on here?

I just got rid of my internet card and went back to DSL, so it all seems fast to me now

It is not all the time seems more during peak hours of the day, could be this area also, the more cable users on it could effect it I guess.
