Random Thoughts Thread! - Plumbing Zone

Well there's a random pics thread, so I think there should be a random thoughts thread.

In my beach bag I have the latest issue of Plumbing Engineer, PHC News, and Coastal Living along with the sunblock.

To take a break from all things plumbing/business, I picked up a random book from Walmart. I just finished reading it and the author is briefly interviewed at the end. Lo and behold, when he was in advertising one of his clients was none other than Herbert Kohler. He was struck by the harsh winters in Wisconsin and what it must be like to live in a town named after you. So, one of his main characters lived in a town named after him and it took place in Wisconsin. The book was not related to business at all - it was a provocative work of fiction.

It's almost 10:00 p.m. and it's still hot & humid outside.

I wish I didn't have to shave so often.

If I took 50 dollars out of every remodel, or new construction job, for every billing period, and put that money in a separate account for the next ten years, I wonder how much money i would have in savings?

Hmmmm random thoughs.....

Why does my back always itch in the spot I can't reach?

The Red Sox are finally making things interesting.

Ever wonder if there's more to deja vu?

My brother sometimes pisses me off.

I wish the world was less populated.

I think the average American eats way too much meat.

Why does history interest me now but I hated it in high school?

Ben & Jerry's ice cream is some good stuff.

I have good nieghbors.

I wonder if they will shut off that damn leaking oil well before it fills the entire Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic with oil....

I wonder why some people watch/listen to Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and others of that nature and feel they are being enlightened... I just felt like it was a brainwashing effort and wanted to shoot the TV...
