Default Plumbing Zone Question

When I haven't been on for a while, I like to catch up by clicking on New Posts. I start from the back and work my way forward. If I get involved in something else and come back to the computer, I am logged out of Plumbing Zone. When I select new posts again, it only shows the posts that started after I was logged off. If I view as a guest, I can only recover the day's posts. Is there anyway to preserve the threads I haven't read but want to read at a later time?

I don't think there is a way, the "session" is built into the forums software. I would have to go to my forum and look to see if forum session times can be altered, I know in the older versions of this software it was stuck at 15 minutes.

Are you clicking the box that says "Remember Me?"... if not that will help. I guess the big lesson here is to come back every day

Her problem is with the built in session time when you have the forum open but are idle.

I give up - where is the 'Remember Me' box?

Also, I would be here all the time except for the fact that sometimes my family expects me to give them some attention too! Holidays were very busy. . .

LOG out and then on the top right where you put your username and password in is a "remember me" box, BUT if you clear your computer cookies, then it will "forget" you. just a tip

Yea, My wife loves Nathan now, cause I am always here and not trying to talk to her while she is watching TV
