the lacuer coating on wolf ammo gums up the chamber and causes jams. If you clean the gun frequently then it's a non-issue.

Shooting lacquer coated ammo can void your warranty.

Just an example of one manufacture, Most read about the same.

Bushmaster has no problem with Wolf.

You're right about the wolf and busmaster. I read it when i bought the gun a year and a half ago and I was thinking it said not to use wolf. It says I can use pmc, speer, remington, winchester, wolf, sellier & bellot, american eagle (federal manufactured) m.e.n. (german manufactured)
