Never did TM. I always buy mine at one of two places in Richmond. I want to see what I am getting.
Never on the second question. I only have 3 G-30's and a HK USP .45acp. |

I just won an auction for a Springfield 1911. Bought it fom a guy in TN. We'll see how the transaction goes, most if not all sellers have a 3 day inspection period (no shoot, of course) so I feel pretty good about buying sight unseen.

I'm looking at volquartsen rifles or maybe tactical solutions. I like Rimfire. I like to plink not make thunder! I'd love to get a suppressor but not sure about the license......I'm sure it carries a sporty Fed tax to own it. I bought some 22 lr match grade ammo yesterday for 15.00 for a box of 50...cant wait to see how they shoot. For that price I better see a difference. I was also looking at a Ruger mark 3 and theres alot of aftermarket stuff made for them. Anybody have any knowledge on plinkers?

Never found a good deal for what I collect on Gunbroker. I have bought a few through AuctionArms but it is tough to find good deals on curios and relics on there too. Every now and again you'll find a diamond in the rough but for me it took hours and hours of hunting.

The suppressor will cost $200 for the tax stamp+what ever your local class 3 dealer charges to do the paperwork+the actual cost of the suppressor (.22 models usually range between $400-$600 retail).
If you buy a .22 suppressor, make sure it can be disassembled. They build up with lead rather quickly. Quote:
