Ok, I was in Kandahar doing maintenance on nights.
I went to inspect a shower facility. Of course it was the female one. Well, it was a tent so there is nowhere to knock. I called out 3 times "PLUMBER!" without any response. I walked in and began inspecting when a female soldier walked out of a shower stall and FLIPPED out. I ended up explaining to an MP why I was in there. Thankfully a pissed off Sergeant came out of his hooch to ***** and verified my waking him up calling out PLUMBER..

Pretty quick view, PITA outcome, Not worth it.

Had a few "near misses" working on various jobs, but that was the only "full monty".

I never walked in on anyone but recently I was working in a ladie's room in the basement of a three story office building that basically just has a break room and storage. Because I was running in and out I made a sign and taped it to the door that said "Plumber Working" and even set a tool bag right in the middle of the doorway 'cause people tend to ignore signs. 15 minutes in to the job I hear someone come in to the washroom and enter the stall next to the one I was working in.

I said excuse me ma'am but if you give me a second I will leave the room.

I was kinda shocked that she actually would come in here and use the facilities with me in there.

We were clearing a stopped sewer in a public library. Back to back mens and ladies room. On the door to the ladies room, caution tape . Note on the door. Bench in front of the door. Door propped open with orange cone. Tail of K1500 snaking out the door. Sewer water everywhere. Went out to the truck. When I walk back in, some women is half way over the bench, under the caution tape. I tell her she can't use it, it's all backed up. I got one hell of an attitude." WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GO?!!!!!!"

UM..... to hell?????
