WOW!
One thing about a franchise is, no matter how bad business is they will always get their money even if there isn't none.

And no one is trying to stop them, the down fall is of our own.
The Gov needs to make stuff stay here and limit the illegals coming in.

Every memorial day I'm usually out in the field doing service calls.

Not this year and I'm gauging it right. My latest decision to do something 'plumbing related' and write about it I believe is going to be the best decision I've ever made in regards to hitting these lows.

Haven't had a 3-4 grand week in months. But, I limit myself in what I will and won't do.

By the time I'm 50 I'll be available for Delta 2 handle rebuilds, partial rebuilds at 60.

Default I don't know?

YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE MAKE $MILLIONS IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE

Now, is the time to make all the money you can and buy, buy, buy.

I am really excited about the downturn in the economy because if you have money, or are making money, the current economy is like better than turning the clocks back by 40 years. Forty years ago, homes were selling for $50,000 to $70,000 and people were paying about $400 to $700 to rent a 2-bedroom home. During the 70's, realestate prices started to skyrocket and homes went from $50,000, to $60,000 and many people thought the buyers were crazy. Then, they went to 70, 80, 90, and $120,000 in less than one year. Then in 1979 the same homes were selling for $180,000 and in 2005 some of these homes were selling for $300,000 to $600,000.

This is why the current economy is better than turning the clocks back 40 years. It is because I just purchased an 1800 square foot home in Las Vegas for $60,000. Three years ago, this home sold for $279,000. The reason it is better than tuning the clocks back 40 years is because in 1973, I could have rented this home for only $500 and today I can rent this home for no less than $1200.

I see this as a second chance for those who sat on the sidelines. Many people are going to become multi-millionaires from this recesstion. People are holding out on buying things, and eventually the holdout bubble will burst when people start buying cars, new clothes, etc. Nothing lasts forever and people will have to buy, buy, buy.

For the business man who sat at the sidelines for the past 40 years and watched other people get rich this is your 2nd chance.

The bank was asking $79,000 for the house I bought. I offered $60,000 cash with no inspections with a 2-week close, and the bank immediately accepted the offer. It is unbelievable! Since, I am a contractor, I always go through the entire home, anyway. This home was built in 1980, is 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom, and it has an entirely separate mother-in-law building. The entire house has new ceramic tile floors and is almost move-in ready. The previous owners were remodeling the kitchen and bathroom and took out the tub, so I will probably spend another $20,000 fixing up the house.

you are absolutely right. They'll probably rip out the the copper pipes and copper wires to support their gambling habit. I hate inviting people to Vegas when they are gamblers. I sent my ex-wife to Vegas last week to look at the house and she told me this morning she lost $500 at slot machines and maybe Black Jack. Am I responsible to pay her for her gambling losses? It is like putting the fox in the hen house to watch the chickens.

I really am excited about the realestate because I did not realize until a few days ago that realestate prices are as low as they are. Regardless, of the number of foreclosures, people still need a place to live.
